Cancellation Policy

Cancellation less than 24hrs prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation will be retained. less than 7 days prior to arrival = 75% will be retained. less than 14 days prior to arrival = 50% will be retained. less than 21 days prior to arrival = 25% will be retained. in the instance of non-arrival of a guest without notification in writing by fax or email to the guesthouse a non appearance fee of the full amount of stay will apply.
